In order to ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your purchase within the expected time frame, please make sure your address is entered fully and accurately. Please use correct abbreviations and insert spaces where needed. If we are having problems verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve this issue in a timely manner. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be canceled and refunded.
Please contact us immediately if you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly. If your order was placed during a weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to change the address and to ship out your order on the same day, provided it is not a weekend.
After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will be processed within 48 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If the tracking information shows that a notice was left for an attempted delivery, then it is very likely that your package is waiting for you for pick up at your local United States post office. Please check there and bring your tracking number with you. If your package is not at your local United States post office, please contact us and we will do our best to locate your order.
